  The first package never made it and I reached out to seller and they sent a new one with no problem. Unfortunately the second one had one of the leaves fall off but the cherries are so pretty in person. I reached out to the seller again and they said they would send a new one or give a partial refund and I keep the broken one so that’s what I did.

  I usually do not leave negative reviews but this seller is clearly a scammer- do NOT buy from them🙏 The jellycat toy I ordered was clearly fake- completely different colour, weird rubbery texture, and off centre and incorrect labels. They refused to give a full refund and only did so after a lot of back and forth messages and convincing. Then, they did not compensate me for return shipping to China which was very expensive. Please save your time and money and avoid this seller at all costs.

  Don’t buy the jellycat teabag it is a scam. they sent me a product that is a fake jellycat and looks nothing like the photo. I requested a refund and they only offered me half of my money back. going to have to contact ebay to get the full refund. don’t buy from them
