  This was such an excellent buy! My son loves his computer! He plays Roblox on it and now he can do down to the detail on cars, fire trucks even clothes. It's just amazing. I opened the PC to add more memory and it looked brand new inside. An awesome computer at a great price. I'm so happy about this store I'm making them my goto for all of my electronic and pc needs. My pc was ready to setup and use right out of the box. I just love it! You will too.

  There was cosmetic damage to computer (as expected under good rating). But once cleaned up and wiped down, it is hardly noticeable. Easy to set up. Office software and operating system seems to be working fine so far, as I can tell. There was a problem with key board, but chipstore.us responded immediately and sent a clean working replacement right away. Overall experience has been outstanding, and I am very pleased. Thank you!
