    The child's lunchbox arrived in a new-looking box with the original manual. However, the condition of the lunchbox is definitely used for an extended period of time. I sent a message to the seller about the used condition of the lunchbox and asked about the misleading description of the "NEW" lunchbox. Though I did not receive a response, the cost was refunded the next day. So, the seller made good on the flawed merchandise. I must still find a new lunchbox to meet a need.

    They had my payment (June 25) for five days before they sent (on June 30) my purchase. With some other venders the purchase would be sent in a matter of a few hours, but none have ever taken more than a day. I did complain to them about it but never received an excuse for this.
