  Item delivered with screen broken. So neutral feedback. Seller offered to send a replacement. Didn’t want one. Not wasting my time getting another broken one or sending this one back. Either was broke already or don’t use FedEx for shipping. This is happens when billion dollar businesses pay people nothing. People don’t care. Hope they all go bankrupt. Seller immediately refunded purchase amount without a problem. But who knows when it was damaged. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Completely different to what is shown on the listing. I know they are natural products and could have slight variations in colors as mentioned on the listing, but this almost white is a completely different color to their photos. This should been show on the listing, since it is so different to the dark brown with white spots being currently shown. So sad that with a blanket statement they can practically send you a completely different color.
