  I want to return the product because it is defective. It is tacky to touch probably from being old, that is why I was buying a new one. The sellerclearly did not check it before selling it to me and when I asked to return it they declined my request with NO returns accepted. It should not have been sold. If they put in the description, it was tacky to the touch, I would have never bought it because I already have one like that ...that is why I was looking for a replacement.
