  Was a little apprehensive to order a refurbished Miele. It arrived very quickly and was packaged (and looked) as if it were brand new. However, the telescoping metal wand would not lock into position (defective). Contacted seller, who responded within 24 hours - he would mail a replacement wand the next business day. The wand arrived quickly and worked as it should. This vacuum works great! I'm very pleased with the vacuum, and the support of the vendor.

  Exactly as described I had recently purchased a car R40 p upright and the one I purchased from a different seller showed this brush roll inside the vacuum on their website when I received the vacuum come to find out it was completely different model number and the brush roller was not what was pictured on their website this works perfectly in it and I'm very pleased thank you
