Items were packaged securely within a bubble mailer and arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was very prompt, efficient and professional in communicating to me that the exact T-Shirt I ordered was out of stock, offered alternatives, and I was still very pleased with the T-Shirt I received. Not only the speed of the delivery, but this is the nicest book I have ever bought, including book stores. In mint condition without even as much as a fingerprint anywhere on it.
