  The product literally stinks! It smells awful. Its been airing outside since i got it and still stinks! I find it hard to believe the seller didnt notice the bad smell. Hard to miss! It was wrapped by the seller with many layers as if it was fragile. Cant help but wonder if that was to hide the smell! I contacted Tangle since the seller has a no return policy. Tangles rep told me they had not heard of that problem and replaced my item. The other Tangles have no odor at all. Suspicious seller!!

  The item was shipped very promptly, and the packaging was appropriate - not too much but adequate to protect the item. I appreciated the cute heart on the wrapping. Nice job!
