  I am giving Kay and Jays a positive review because they handled an issue I had with an item I purchased from them with integrity and grace. They were quick to provide a solution and were extremely polite and professional. The item I was sent was a baby girls dress that smelled like an ashtray. They refunded me right away after I contacted them about not being comfortable letting my baby wear the dress. Thank you!

  The item shipped quickly and was packaged well. However, the item smelled like cigarettes, which was not in the description of the item. I tried contacting the seller about it and never received any response. I would not have bought it for the price it was at had I known about the smell.
