  The seller contacted me regarding the issue with the tie. He was extremely apologetic and offered a full refund and keep the tie. I felt that was kind but unnecessary. Problems happen, but how you handle the problem defines your character. This seller did everything he could to make it right. I truly appreciate his effort. I will buy from him in the future.
