    The shoe sent did not match the description. We ordered the sandals and received slippers that were ugly. The reason I left a positive experience is because I did receive a refund. I will leave a photo of the slippers.

    Sent completely different wrong item. I messaged them about it and they said they'd "see tomorrow". No follow up and they've ignored all my messages since. Terrible seller, would NOT recommend. Now I have to waste my time/printer ink returning it if I want my money back. How hard is it to put the right thing in the bag?
