  it’s not able to be polished it just seems like it was burnt in some way i thought it was just tarnish. but it’s whatever i just ditched it … wasn’t a pricey item

  Vintage sterling ring with patina. I don't over-polish vintage pieces. The piece could have been safely dipped in a silver cleaner if you wanted it to look brand new.
