  All the items appear to be in good condition, including the doll and all of the clothing and accessories. Unfortunately everything has a strong musty/mildew smell which was not mentioned in the item description. The smell is so intense that I cannot interact with the items and I currently have them sealed in a box while I figure out how to remove the smell.

  We check every shipment, and we did not notice any smell of mildew, only plastic - and I'm sensitive to mildew, and my mom is sensitive to EVERYTHING. In addition, after this feedback, we checked other products from the same box (mini-dolls, mostly) and none had an odor even when held right to our noses. Regardless, we wish that you had contacted us upon receiving your order and noticing the issue, as we would have been happy to offer a free return and refund.
