  This backpack arrived, missing a plastic ladder slider -- a piece you need to wear the backpack. I'm guessing this was an oversight. I found one that didn't quite match on Amazon and repaired the bag myself. The seller offered a refund, but days after I had messaged in my panic. My daughter is happy with her bag.
