The item, a coin from 1994, was accurately described with detailed photos, and I clarified that oxidation does not diminish its value. The coin’s intricate details were as stated, so I am unsure why the buyer was dissatisfied. Despite my attempts to address their concerns and provide excellent customer service, they left negative feedback. While I strive to ensure all buyers are satisfied.
