  The item was never shipped. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times, but received no response. I then attempted to cancel the order, siince it was clearly not shipped; the seller refused. Ultimately, I cptacted Ebay and requested a refund, which I promptly received. I thank Ebay for expeditiously responding and resolving the issue.
