For over two decades, when traveling around the world, I have been collecting, across a number of collections, decorative arts objects, that fascinated me, caught my eye, talked to me and evoked positive feelings.
These objects combined high craftsmanship skills with intricate designs, impeccable styles and beautiful shapes. I studied these objects and oftentimes discovered fascinating stories of their talented and passionate creators, and gained broader understanding of the time periods that these geniuses operated, as well as where they took their inspiration.
