  Based on the eBay photo, I thought I was buying a blue tennis racket with a blue case. When I received the racket, it was brown with a black case. The color was not listed in the online description and the seller claimed that my MacBook lens made it appear blue. He reprimanded me saying I should do more research before I buy something. Columbian Tennis Shop would not refund my purchase even though I offered to pay the shipping charges and fees. Who does this in 2025???

  Buyer demanded we refund sale as he ordered a blue racket and got a different color. He sent us a picture of racket he received which both Ebay & Us saw as the same as our Ebay listing. Buyer didn't offer to pay for shipping fees & for fees, we are out on doing return. I believe this feedback is in violation of ebay policy & wrongful use to force an issue in his favor. If he had offered to pay shipping both ways & the fees incurred, which means he gets around 65% of his money. We would accept
