  I had a great experience with this purchase. Communications were fun/timely and product description was spot on. The (international) delivery was earlier than expected and everything was labelled clearly. Successfully converted the Weber BBQ to NG with the parts provided and all’s working well.   I changed my address 2 months ago and I put a note on my old mailbox with my new address and phone # during thec2 days I was supposed to get the delivery. I received no phone call once mail on somebody trying to deliver these bbcue parts and I ordered them a month ago! Not very happy right now.

  Thanks a million for the conversion kit. Couldnt find the part number for the Bosch natural gas orifices. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. We had a fix a few other things as well. Final product worked great and fit perfectly. Highly recommended.
