  Horrible customer service. Over a week after the item was available and reached out to ask about shipping. No response from seller. Reached out again nothing. Had to get eBay involved to get refund. Still won't refund a 2nd order placed with them. Getting eBay involved yet again for the the seller not answering or responding. Will not purchase from them again. Be careful if you do.

  Order never shipped. Multiple messages ignored. Offered to work with the seller before opening a ticket with eBay support. Support had to refund the order as the seller never responded. Would not buy from this seller again.

  My item was never shipped. Ebay issued me a refund since the seller never replied. I hate leaving negative feedback and I always give sellers time to work things out. Seeing his sudden crashing feedback is concerning.

  Prepaid in May. The book was released on June 11th. A month later still no book, no shipping information, nothing. I attempted to contact the seller several times and received no response. No attempting to get a refund through eBay. Apparently, many other buyers are having the same experience with this seller.
