  The item was exactly as posted and arrived super fast. Two days! It was breakable plastic but the seller had it packaged very well so there was no chance of it breaking. I would gladly purchase from this seller again. The price was $20 less than anywhere else.

  Neatly and securely packaged! I never opened the package because the so called repairman who advised me to order the motor became MIA, and would never answer his calls/text messages, unfortunately. Communication was phenomenal on the part of eBay merchant. Item was returned to them (through no fault of their own). Return was seamless and I was refunded very quickly. I’d give this merchant 5 stars ⭐️ all the way and would have NO DOUBTS/CONCERNS regarding future transactions with them!

  Item was as described. Packaging and delivery was excellent. The filters arrived undamaged and in excellent shape. I just received the filters today, so I have not use it yet, but the filter looks great and are sturdy and appear to be of great quality and is a great value for the price. I checked every filter and the condition of the filters were all in tact when received. I highly recommend this seller and I will most definitely purchase again from seller. Thank you.

  The item was well packaged but arrived damaged (several small dents), the damage could not be seen before packaging due to a protective film being applied to the stainless steel during manufacture (no fault of the seller). I notified the seller and was give a prompt refund and will be reordering from you. Thank you for quickly resolving my problem!
