  I must admit, at first I was thinking it was a scam because it said my computer was shipped without tracking, and then no delivery on the delivery date. After contacting the company about my shipment, they assured me that it was not a scam and that there was an issue with the shipping label, and that I would receive it next week. Still feeling uneasy about the purchase, I did receive it that following week as promised. I'm so happy it was not fraudulent, and looking to crank it up. Thanks!

  Buyer beware. Iordered one thing and they shipped me something else. They claimed that the case I ordered is no longer manufactured but, instead of letting me know and giving me the choice to go forward with the order or not, they kept quiet and sent me something else. When I wanted to return what they sent me, they refused, called me stupid, and I had to get eBay envolved to make them do the right thing. Learn from my mistake and choose another seller for your computer needs. Stay away

  This person received ALL system hardware described in the listing and a more expensive system chassis. He essentially received MORE than he paid for but has a history of abusing the eBay return policy, which is why his refund is being REJECTED. His long, trivial, and inane messages will not prevent his refund from being rejected and this is why he is lashing out in the feedback. All of that is perfectly fine because he will not be allowed to attempt to purchase from us again in the future.

  BUYER BEWARE - This is the most unethical seller I have ever delt with - this computer didn’t work when I got it - IM NOT A TECH GUY - the seller said it’s an easy fix just take the cover off and make these adjustments- still didn’t work then we agreed to try a new SSD Drive that the seller sent 2 weeks later - that still didn’t work - seller said I could return it but he will not send a replacement and if he can the the thing to work he will not give a refund - how do u think that would go

  This person was sent additional hardware (which he did not pay for, and this is not something we are obligated to do) after he started removing cables from the motherboard. He obviously has no idea what he is doing (despite our very clear instructions) and it is very clear that he nearly copy/pasted the prior unhinged feedback that was posted. If we are the "worst store in eBay history" - I believe we could have been banned by now. You are just lashing out and we have banned you from the store.

  STAY AWAY!! seller threatened to keep my product and money if I tried to return The computer that had tape holding in parts and will not display anything. Their solution is for me to take the computer apart and tighten up a “new” system. I’m not a tech Now they are saying if I return the system they will keep my money. They are scamming trying to strong arm buyers by lying to eBay when they get the product back. Its documented in my messages back and in their are other reviews just like Mine

  Easily the most bizarre person we have ever encountered on eBay. We have already confirmed that this person connected the system incorrectly, and he refused to try even the most basic troubleshooting steps to correct this mistakes. As a result, his refund was rejected - and he is simply using the feedback platform to retaliate (which is not how this area is supposed to be used). You have been added to our Blocked Buyers list.

  Packed poorly in a old walmart box. Description clearly said 2TB hard drive in specs, but only sent 1TB. The reason he only shows pictures of the front empty case, is because the cheap motherboard has NO VIDEO on board and the ONE AND ONLY expansion slot MUST have a video card. Positive review because all other info was correct and I am capable of running it headless and using ssh so I can put a real network card in it. Would have paid more for more expansion slots :(

  Every aspect of this review is incorrect, which is why we have completely stopped paying any attention to the eBay feedback platform. The listing very clearly says 1.25TB drive space, not 2.25TB, the secondary cardboard box was outside of the original packaging (we double box everything and our shipping process is superb), most CPUs do not have integrated graphics and it is BETTER do have a dedicated video card. We could go on but we will just be blocking you from all future purchases.
