The product arrived exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing—brand new, sealed in the box, and in perfect condition.   Unfortunately, the first printer I received was faulty. Rob was really proactive though, and sent out a working replacement straight away. Great communication all the way through and i would recommend and buy again in the future

  The seller gave me a great deal (accepted a lower offer)! Rapid delivery and low cost postage. The PSU works amazingly and is super quiet. Has allowed me to downsize from a full tower case to a custom micro-NAS case. Absolute steal!! great seller A++++
