  The Macbook Pro arrived without the battery charger, which is essential for the device to be functional. (It is not an accessory.) The product description did not say that the device did not include the battery charger, so the experience with this purchase was unpleasant.

  Listing CLEARLY states "WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET - NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS" not to mention tons or photos have been provided. How much more clearer can a listing get!! Buyer wanted to get something for FREE despite excellent deal he received. It really is a SHAME to have buyers like this person who ruin eBay experience for others.
