  I had not viewed his pictures, he asked me after I purchased if I had seen the damage, which was clear in the pictures and I had not looked. He agreed to cancel the sale even though his posting clearly says no returns. I appreciate his follow up, confirmation and flexibility. I would gladly deal with him again.

  Purchased a Brydge 11 Max+ received a Brydge AIR Max+. Notified the seller that I wanted the right item or for them to pay return shipping for a full refund since the pictures they posted don’t match. After admitting fault, claiming they’ve made plenty of sales, and me repeatedly asking who would pay for shipping they offered me $10. So I’m out $30bucks and I have a terrible plastic keyboard when I ordered an aluminum one. They don’t care about the customer. Just the bottom line.
