Not like new, not slightly used, but from the built up toner on the exit guide, the paper chaff on the paper guides and the black grease on much of the hardware the fuser has thousands of pages printed on it. How do I know? 45 years I have serviced office equipment and I can spot a used fuser all the way from Houston. I cannot believe a seller as experienced as this one would knowingly conduct business in this manner.
