  I sent in my Alienware M15 R3 for repair because it didn't turn on. I had already opened it and realized it there was nothng visually wrong so I sent it in to them. they send it back with an incredible amount of solder on it with a burnt chip. Why in the world would you leave the board with that amount of solder on it. Now I lost $40 in shipping to them and they kept another $60 off what I had paid them to attempt to fix and shop back to mem They of course offered a new motherboard. Never again!

  NO, it did not happened like that, so at least be be honest. The laptop was received with an IC exploded, and burned traces in the pcb in that area. I explained you that we tried to repaired the traces and replaced the IC, and when connecting the charger that IC exploded again and we cannot fix that board. Also we never ever offered you another motherboard because we do not have boards, but when you asked if you need to replace the motherboard, we told you yes. Shame of doing business with you!

  They where swift with my computer, quick with answering my questions, and fix my computer I thought was unfixable. They were awesome.

  I couldn't be happier. They where able to repair my motherboard on my Predator Helios 300. I was pretty amazed on the fast turn around. Seriously, give these guys a chance to do your repairs before you go elsewhere. If they could repair it, i doubt anyone else could. They have been around forever... look at their history. When shipping my laptop back, they packed it very well with much care and plenty of tape. Their work is as described...Experienced! Their pricing is also a great value too!

  As an onsite break fix warranty technician for Dell. I feel SCAMMED. I do not take writing this review lightly. This business will not appreciate me leaving a negative review. A waste of my time and money, worst the person I spoke with just tried to feed me with a lot o horse manure. They first tell me that there was liquid damage to my personal laptop, then he tries to tell me they can't replace a mosfet capacitor, (WTF you dont need a BGA for that. They took my money and did nothing
