  Received the splicer in good condition but the punch tool that comes with it was NOT present. I contacted the seller who said he sold me the item as he had received it. That doesn’t help me. So, I rate the seller positively for his rapid response and condition of the splicer as received, but negatively for the fact he didn’t include all of the items.
