I did a claim that I haven't received the item,but I do want it and the next thing is I received a full refund. So it wasn't shipped. The seller has a good feedback percentage rating. And a lot of wonderful products to sell. Your order was shipped out via DHL, however eBay seems to change the courier to USPS tracking on all of our orders to the US. This service is reliable but on rare occasion may take a little longer - we offer a fully tracked & signed service on all of our listings, but most seem to opt for the $2.25 economy!
