  Finally recieved our order, the item is excellent, however the seller didn't send the item until AFTER the date is was supposed to arrive by. The seller also lied & said he had sent the item & provided false tracking. Then the seller lied again saying it was dispatched last Thursday & to be expected in 3 business days when the tracking clearly showed he didn't bother to ship until Sunday. The seller complained about the postal service but made no effort to ship by alternative means.

  The order was purchased at a time when Canada Post was not accepting any new items, I tried to take the item sooner and was told that they could not accept parcels. When this item it was mailed out on a Thursday, I am not sure why they are saying it wasn't shipped until Sunday, the tracking number is " 0414794307902288 " Which clearly states item accepted on a Thursday. I didn't provide a " Fake " tracking number, this was the exact number that was given to them.
