Über uns

We are a local brick-and-mortar consignment shop that only consigns items online. My wife and I started selling our unwanted items back in 1997. We have enjoyed the opportunity to supplement our income while raising our three children. Now, after my wife pursued her first goal of achieving her Bachelor's Degree in business, we are taking what we do well and building a business at age 55.

Consign Online is based out of the Schuylkill county area of Pennsylvania and bought a home built in 1890 by the coroner of Schuylkill county who declared ten of the Molly McGuires dead at their hanging. This area of Pennsylvania is known for deep roots and now with the baby boomers downsizing for fear that other generations will throw it away or give it away. We are privileged to have this opportunity to assist them in finding new owners for their lifelong collections.

    This item was damaged during transport, and I have refunded you. It's not my fault you didn't know how to send a picture through email, so you had to send it by snail mail. I cannot refund people just because they say it broke. This item was .99 cents!

    Prompt shipping. Well packaged. Disappointed in how the gilt edging and front cover came to be bent and marred, especially when it was supposed to be new. Many of the pages were creased in the same corner of the book that was dented. The plastic seal was still intact but seemed to have been damaged before shipping because there was no damage to the packaging. Lots of other sellers out there.

    I wish you had reached out to us; we would have processed a return or given a discount. Please review the feedback from the 250 other books (same collector) we have sold over the last 8 months. Something seems to have slipped past me and my photographer. We are sorry and will be more diligent in inspecting even brand-new items. This is a ONE and DONE situation.
