  It started with a wrong listing, DOA drive and ended with a partial refund. Efforts to salvage the deal went nowhere. If it takes you 3 days plus to answer a simple question, you are not my business partner. Never again. Nor recommended.

  This customers concerns are valid! I very much apologize for the DOA drive as this was not at all intended. I provided a full refund but it appears Ebay had charged additional fees for the out of country shipping. If I had a method to refund that as well, I would (just good business) but the system will not allow a seller to refund more than received. Extremely sorry for your bad experience, this was a first for me and hopefully a last!
