The parts is aluminum with dents and sharp edges, the three "captive" screws used to hold the oil lever sensor inplace are free spinning. There is a random liquid spill on it. Additionally the delivery guy sent it to the wrong apartment and even took a picture with the proper address visible and got it wrong. The appearance of the flange around the edge is suspicious of previous surface rust.
