  Shipped quickly. Sent me an unexpected bonus. I don't think the listing included a passive heat sink but they sent one anyway. Now waiting on the smx2 to pcie adapter from a different source. I am a repeat customer (I think). They have demonstrated the highest customer service and communications (explaining what was going on or not going on). I expect to buy from them again!

  I bought a motherboard which was packaged well and shipped decently quickly. The product, however, was incomplete as it was missing an I/O shield. This was not indicated in the listing, and this item, like many others on their page, did not have any photos. When contacted, they just stated that the board didn't come with one, with no effort whatsoever to provide one or apologize for the situation. This is an expensive board already, and I wouldn't trust them with future purchases.
