Über uns
Covered Bridge Maple sugaring is a family owned Maple farm located in the rolling hills of Barton VT. All of our maple products are made using our very own 100% pure "organic" maple syrup. We do not add anything to our products. We have been producing maple syrup and products for over 30 years. Our 100 acre, 10,000 tap sugar bush produces some 4,000 gal. of syrup a year. Still considered a small farm, we strive for a personal touch when communicating with many our customers. We carry a wide variety of sizes of maple syrup in glass and plastic. Our confections are made with our very best "early" (low invert sugar) syrup. Early refers to the time period during the beginning of the sugaring season, usually in March. Low invert sugars help us create a smoother, less grainy product (candy and cream) insuring outstanding taste and texture. Give us a try, you'll be glad you did!
