  Arrived well packaged with charger and everything as expected, shipped royal mail 48 hour. Had an issue with the bios being password locked, I messaged the seller and he replied back within a couple of hours on a Saturday. I had resolved the issue myself by then (you can easily reset the bios on this PC). Great price compared to this exact model by other sellers. This model came with a 2.5 SSD. Was very clean inside and out beside some left over glue residue from an old sticker.

  Communications great, answered questions very quickly. Posted and received as described. Product as described and thankfully not damaged in transit as packaging was poor and broken open upon arrival. I would recommend Bubble wrap & putting in a box. It was Bubble wrapped then wrapped in brown paper with fragile tape which doesn’t really work.
