I am a recently retired school administrator and will be offering many things in my store that have been owned by me or my family. The time (and I have some time now!) has come to let things go that are no longer being used or wanted by myself, my husband or my 3 adult sons. I hope some of these items will be treasures to you!     Hello, I am sorry you are not satisfied with the mugs. I am 100% transparent and try to be as honest as possible when listing as you can see from my feedback. I always try to make my customers happy. If you review the listing it does say that there is a mark on one of them that I believe to be a production flaw and included pictures of the flaw. I saw no signs of use in the form of scratches, dishwasher use or stains but also said they were pre-owned. I also accept returns if dissatisfied.
