  The rugs were a different color. The person never acknowledged their mistake, to the point of accepting the return, but not before I had to pay $100 for shipping. But hey, if this is how he's going to become a millionaire, I hope it goes well for him.

  We sold a set of 35 year old floor mats "As is as pictured no returns accepted", you proceeded to wash them with bleach and of course the color changed, I can smell the bleach on the mats. We were still kind enough to accept a return even though we didn't have to and granted you a FULL refund. This negative feedback is apparently our reward for being kind to you.....thanks so much.
