  Package was delayed (not sellers fault) and so DOA. However the seller sent out another shipment and those arrived on time and in excellent health. Because of their communication and quick replacement of the springtails I'd definitely buy from them again

  Arrived safely, in secure packaging! Springtails were alive and well, in a well-packaged container, small enough to avoid the charcoal moving around and crushing them. Was also in a box with plenty of padding. Highly recommend!

  I didn’t expect that my order would arrive a week later from when I ordered. It looks like it was a post office issue. I thought for sure the red runners would be dead. To my surprise, I opened the container and they were alive and healthy looking. I believe it had to do with the great attention to packaging by the seller. Great value /quality and I’ll definitely order again. A++++++
