    Item was very poorly packaged. Not enough packing material in the shipping box and one can’t use newspapers as a packing material for a china bowl. Bowl was broken into many pieces.

    The buyer has not reached out and they have not processed a return via eBay. We were not aware that there was an issue when the item went through the shipping process. Buyer chose not to contact the seller prior to posting feedback.
