  Seller engages in bait and switch. I might understand if the deal was worth thousands of dollars....But a $16 dollar DVD. The seller returned my money. The hassle of contacting the seller, contacting eBay and then having to return the DVD, all over $16 Bucks!!! This seller deserves a negative feed back comment, as my experience with this seller was nothing but negative! And needless to say I will avoid in the future...

  WOW, just WOW! Ordered these on Sunday evening and received Wednesday late evening! Received in great condition and appearance is wonderful and, a great value and quality is good. Most of all they work just fine on my 16-gal Sears shop vac. Superb communications. I would most definitely purchase from this seller again.   This item was a 3 pack of low voltage cutoff devices.One of the three were defective out of the packaging. I msged the seller who was out of stock & suggested I return all three. I waited and msged again when sller was back in stock. I enjoined the seller to send a replacement or issue a partial refund. They opted for refund. Also, this item did not include any instructions. The device operation was somewhat cryptic. I was able to find inst. on a forum thiugh. OK, transaction. Coukf have better
