  Very fast postage, packaged beautifully to ensure product was protected. Had a slight issue at no fault of the seller, an issue during transit, which the seller resolved and replied to me very quickly and fairly and advised on how to solve the issue or offered a full refund and return.   The best seller to date, extremely attentive, forwarding update detail's to ease my mind. All of this was unprompted, but proactive. My order was on it's way from Japan to London, then to my door in just a couple of day's.
