  What a great seller! The products arrived and were as described. There was a bit of a mixup, but the seller came up with a great resolution. She also communicated very well. I would highly recommend this hard working seller! Shipping was reasonable, packaging was done carefully and it was a great value.

  I rarely buy a product that has already been opened or used. But I've used Serious Skincare products over the years, just not this particular one. The seller offered it at a great price, and she was kind enough to accept my offer for a little less. Shipping was fast, item was packaged so thoroughly and securely, I'd give 5 stars for that alone.
