  There was an issue with the printing on the mug, it was offset and didn't look right. I messaged the seller and explained my displeasure and immediately they responded, apologized and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. The new mug arrived today and it's exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the outcome. The customer service is excellent. It's a pleasure doing business with you. I highly recommend Cupup-tea.
