  This was a fantastic seller. My item arrived broken unfortunately, but it was because the package had to have been handled poorly. It was wrapped tight and it shouldn’t have broken but I guess even the most determined package handler can break your stuff. 😕 Seller was immediately apologetic and gave me a quick refund which I appreciated. I had a family emergency and seller was so quick to process a refund which made my week so much easier. I would 100% buy from them again. Thank you ❤️❤️

  I purchased this item, but later noticed a damaged area on it. I contacted seller before item was shipped out. Seller graciously refunded my payment and then adjusted her listing to reflect the area of damage. Hopefully someone who is skilled in costume jewelry repairs will be able to fix it. Seller was great to work with and quick to refund my money.
