  It arrived quick. While i am unboxing and trying to replace the hands the sleeves skin went off. It is already brittle, maybe stored in a hot place so the synthetic leather craked. So it removed the outer skin of one sleeve.

  My Phoenix arrived today in perfect packaging and condition. It was dispatched quickly so I was able to track the progress. It's exactly as described and considering I can't find it in shops it's great value for money. Thank you very much.

  I was told the product I purchased would ship in two weeks. Despite waiting and asking about the shipping process, the seller told me at the end of two weeks later, the product arrived damaged and was being returned. However, I don't believe this is true. I ordered the same product from another seller and that seller also reported the package missing. Ultimately, I believe these sellers are deceiving buyers by offering products that don't exist.
