  Item was sent poorly packaged and arrived In dented box held together with 2 strips of fragile tape. Due to this the shade was also dented. Opened a return which they accepted but took 5 days to issue a returns label which was done at 1130pm 30 minutes before could ask eBay to step in! No apology, infact no communication at all. Worst business ever dealt with on eBay! Buyers beware!

  Item was posted in a double walled box as all of our shades are which was not dented before Royal Mail received it. The only communication from you was to open a return through ebay which was accepted immediately and your refund was processed promptly once it was received!!

  Grandson delighted. Seems well made and delivery was quicker than expected and item securely packaged. Contacted seller as bulb seemed to flicker on first touch then come on fully on 2nd touch. Prompt reply from seller who explained it sounded like we weren't using a dimmable bulb. Description needs to be updated to make this clear. Hopefully the right bulb will make the difference.
