On the birthday I was told that the item was sent out so I will still receive that by Wednesday or Thursday as that was when it should arrive by when it “was sent out” and a refund will be issued . Got the refund but no knife

The description says they are based in St Mary's OH yet the item was shipped from Brooklyn NY. The item received does match the description in the add and it very likely is hand made but probably in a foreign country. I won this item on auction and it very much seemed like the seller was stalling on shipping hoping I'd say forget it and just give me a refund. I messaged the seller twice. They did reply once.
