  Brand new garden flags I have hung up inside my windows on tension rods. The cats are in the living room window as a privacy shade and the cardinal is in my kitchen bay window to help shade my plants from this heat wave. I'm so glad they were shipped quickly.   The item had dents and dings and wouldn't sit flat, it was bowed out. The packaging arrived just fine but the seller tried to blame it on the Parcel Service. When I asked for a refund he only offered $4 and then proceeded to tell me that if I did do the refund he wouldn't pay for the shipping even though the item was sent damaged. The Postal Service did not do it he just didn't inspect it well enough before sending it.

  I offered you a refund and to keep the sign, because it's not worth the hassle for either of us over the $4.00 low ball offer I accepted from you. you declined the refund because I wouldn't pay return shipping. All my listings say: "Buyer pays return shipping" Which you agreed to when you purchased the sign. I'm still willing to refund your $4.00 if you want it. Let me know.
