  BEWARE! I was sold a glass ornament with a hole and cracks, that the seller said were "flaws" from manufacture. Even though a refund was ultimately provided, the seller said it was my fault because I didn't look at the pictures close enough. She argued and then threatened that she would blame me for the cracks...

  You can't please all the people all the time. Unfortunately. What she refers to as a "hole" was prominently shown in the listing. It was clearly shown in photos, and zoomed in photos in my listing, which was noted to refer to ALL pics. In fact, the photo she posted in her feedback is MY photo. She obviously saw it prior to purchase. There were NO cracks. She only stated there was one AFTER I authorized a refund. She removed the cap obviously and damaged the item. These things are fragile & old.
